Can't use the 'design' funtion

I see a post from blogger about people unable to use the design feature and getting a bX-l4u1mh error.

I saw they posted that message on Monday and not it's Thursday and I have gotten that error today and can't use 'design'.

Doesn't seem like they fix the issue and that it has only spread to other people.

So while I can still post, you will be seeing the 'Wednesday' guy photo on the upper right of the page until blogger fixes the issue and I can one again use the 'design' funtion and rearrange the page.
